Road 6 Customs now has available rigid struts for your Sportster! (these will also fit Dyna models)
This is a direct fit for most Sportster Models and uses your stock bolts.
These struts are 10" from eye to eye or 11" total and will lower your bike approximately 4 INCHES depending on your model. This is the shortest strut you can safely use without running into clearance issues with your tail light wiring harness OR your belt. We made and tried several different lengths to decide what would be best.
Made from HIGH QUALITY materials!
The mounting points are made from D.O.M. SEAMLESS tubing, faced, chambered AND internally clearanced on a precision lathe.
The main body of the strut is made from SOLID 3/4" COLD FORGED STEEL, not cheap hot rolled mild steel.
The ends of the shaft are coped to the exact curve of the D.O.M for a perfect fit with NO gaps before they are TIG WELDED together.
YOU WILL NOT FIND A STRONGER STRUT!!!!
