Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-4 business days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email with the tracking information.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Please contact us prior to ordering for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping. Orders for expedited shipping must be placed by 9am Central Standard Time.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. Customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees if the package has already been shipped.
